We are looking for a salesperson with an orientation for career consulting who will work with potential and existing students in order to help them undergo a professional transformative process and leverage their set of skills.

You have to be the type of person that when you talk about things that are important to you, you promote them with enthusiasm. You are independent, have the motivation to succeed and you want to sell a product you really believe in.

Your day at work will include:
1. Selling Jolt's program over the phone.
2. Executing Jolt’s commercial processes in Israel and in the UK.
3. The role is a quota carrying role.
4. Working with a cross-functional team to create new product offerings.

Requirements

• Native English and native Hebrew- a must.
• Previous experience in sales- advantage.
• Experience in selling B2C or SaaS products-advantage.
• Extraordinary communication & presentations skills.
• Thrives in a diverse, cross-cultural environment.
• Digital proficiency - comfortable CRM & marketing automation tools.
• A passion to undertake unprecedented challenges.
• Entrepreneurial spirit & a growth mindset.
• Big plus: Experience working as customer success associate or account management.

You are

A born manager that has the ability to motivate people to action. You're charismatic, a people person, attentive, and have high order and organization skills.

You will

• Be the team manager for the UK sales team - both personally and professionally.
• Train new sales representatives.
• Calculate the salaries of the sales representatives.
• Monitor the team’s sales - make sure the team reaches its goals.

Requirements

• Native English - a must.
• At least 2 years of experience in managing a global phone sales team (preferably in a B2C company).
• Experience in working with the UK / EMEA market - big advantage.
• A bachelor degree - a must.
• Willingness to work in evening shifts (11:00-20:00) and on Fridays (11:00-16:00).
• Coaching ability - motivating the team, guiding and encouraging them to reach their targets.
• Past commanding /managerial record.
• Experienced and holding deep knowledge about the tech / startup industry.

You will

Lead Jolt’s efforts of building a world class team of growth-eager, passionate professionals and help recruit Jolt speakers.

Your day to day will include:

1. Recruiting world class professionals in Israel and internationally.
2. Head hunting talent.
3. Source potential Jolters from various online & offline channels (e.g. social media, professional platforms, magazines and conventions).
4. Create relationships and engage with potential Jolters (via email and video).
5. Build and deploy referral programs in several markets.
6. Maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates and past applicants for future staffing needs.
7. Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience.

• Management of the monthly/quarterly/annual global accounting close process
• Supervising the accuracy and productivity of the department daily activities including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and cash collection.
• Tracking key performance indicators (KPI's) on an ongoing basis and monitoring the financial performance of the company.
• Preparing management reports and financial analyses for the leadership team in order to support business decisions, strategy & planning.
• Determining and calculating the company's actual revenue and forecast the company's revenue in future periods based on booking projections (revenue recognition according to US-GAAP principles).
• Having a key role in building and monitoring the company's annual budget.
• Working closely with the company's external auditors and coordination and annual audits.
• Processing monthly payroll and performing payroll actual vs budget analysis.
• Preparing monthly commission calculations and projections
• Managing implementations and improvement processes of several financial systems.
• Developing financial controls in accordance with the company’s procedures and policies.

Requirements

• A Certified Public Accountant with a BA in accounting/finance - Must.
• Big4 full internship - Must; Specializing in the High-Tech industry - Advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience working for a global high-tech/startup company as a Controller or Assistant Controller - Must.
• Advanced knowledge in Excel - Must.
• US-GAAP knowledge - Must.
• Past experience working for a SaaS company - Advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Hebrew - Must.
• Proficient in Google sheets - Advantage.
• Experience with FP&A - Advantage.
