In this position, you’ll be part of the service & success team. You will provide ongoing support to our community of sojis (students of Jolt), and assist them with every inquiry they may have. You will also be responsible for customer retention.
The bottom line
The role includes both C-level and field relationships with partners and Jolt teams, developing and executing collaborative plans. You will be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth and overall market adoption, by establishing and growing business and relationships while managing the day-to-day partner interactions. Reporting to the CEO directly.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business and products, build and convey compelling go to market plans and value propositions and most importantly knows how to close a deal.
Partnerships manager at Jolt has both a business background that enables them to engage with C level, as well as a sales background that enables them to manage joint efforts and to easily interact with other sales executives. He knows how to navigate in complex organizations and has a background that enables them to easily interact with major large enterprise customers.
