You will be in charge of all external, online acquisition marketing, managing the strategy, execution, and optimization across all PPC channels.

Your day at work will include…
- Managing and optimizing Jolt's performance marketing campaigns throughout facebook, Google, Instagram, Youtube and other bid-based acquisition channels.
- Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns.Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and HotJar.
- Research and test partnerships with new vendors to expand our reach and/or lower cost-per-acquisition.
- Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs.Optimize landing pages and lead-gen forms for our content to -distribute through relevant paid programs.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.

Requirements
-
A minimum of 2 years experience working as a performance marketing manager, campaign manager, PPC consultant or a similar role
- Jolt student with 1,000+ points - a plusIn-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Google Ads, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Quora and more), and content distribution and placement networks like Outbrain and Taboola.
- Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting / reporting results.
- Deep experience of zapier platform or a similar automation tool (if you’re not familiar with it, you’ll be asked  to learn it as part of your candidacy - learning opportunity!)
- Hands on experience with the whole marketing funnel management & vision.

You will Be:

Taking charge of Daily bank reconciliations.

Taking care of Monthly credit card reconciliation.

Rrcording suppliers’ invoices, Process local and foreign vendors payments including setting up payments orders in the bank or create a payments file in ‘Massav’.

Managing the Account Receivable and Account Payable accounts together with all other P&L and balance - sheet accounts.

Preparingand maintain the prepaid and accrued expenses reports.

Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy.

Comply with local mandatory government reporting requirements (VAT, Tax Advances, 102 Monthly reports, yearly report-126 and 856).

Processing payroll information and salaries preparation.

Processing travel and reimbursement expense reports according to company policy.

Registration of fixed assets and roll forward.

Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process.

Preparing material for audits.

Support in ad- hoc projects and additional process required, including support in the implementation of accounting system and of new process


Requirements

4+ years’ work experience as a bookkeeper in a global Company

2+ years hands-on experience in Priority Zoom

2+ years of experience with payroll calculation and preparation

Bookkeeping diploma level 3

Experience with implementing in-house accounting system - advantage

Ability to work independently and according to deadlines

Excellent communication and organizational skills, team player and service-oriented

High degree of accuracy and attention to details, high sense of responsibility

Strong Excel skills

High-level English skills
